Cowart's Construction Company follows all federal, state, local and telephone safety rules. Our Safety Program led by our full time Safety Director provides the standards for the well being of our employees. Safety is a major consideration for our employees. All employees are expected to follow safe practices, to take responsibility for their own safety and respect the safety of others. Any personnel not abiding by all safety rules will be asked to correct the safety violation or to leave the job site. Not following safety rules can result in loss of your job.

Cowart's Construction Company is a drug and alcohol-free work place. We will not tolerate the use of drugs or alcohol. All employees are required to pass a drug screen at the time of employment. Random drug screening is conducted at all job sites. Monthly Safety Meetings are conducted at each job site on topics relative to areas of concern ( i.e., Heat Stroke in July, Driving Safety in August for school zones, etc.)

Cowart's Construction Company employees demonstrated their skill at the company picnic by competing for cash prizes in an obstacle course set up by the safety director.
